I swear lately I haven’t been able to catch a break in finding time to update the blog. Fittingly I have been stricken with a cold (again) on my day off from work. I guess I am lucky I didn’t have to work, however I would have liked to spent the day getting a mix up and something else for those to chew on I suppose.

Anyway, here is something I had planned on putting up eventually ever since seeing the post over at the excellent Feelin’ Kinda Froggy blog on Gravel’s first album for Estrus Break-a-Bone. The band which existed for a few years in between the late 80’s and early 90’s released a couple albums both for Estrus and handful of singles, one of which is the one I am posting today entitled As For Tomorrow which was released in 1992 on again Estrus. The A-side would appear on Break-a-Bone while the B-side remained exclusive to this piece of wax as far as I know. Occasionally stuck with the grunge tag, Gravel was more so a combination of working class indie-rock and a bit of the garage influenced Estrus sound. Anyway, here is the As For Tomorrow 7’’. I’m going to pop on a movie and try and fall asleep and hopefully I can get back in some sort of routine here.
