i think only the last bleach cd/ep was lacking abit and even on the last couple of cds you not fond off. they still wrote great lyrics that an outsider/misfit kid/adult could love.

and whay can’t a band like bleach ever get credit for there lyrics ?? hell even lame grunge bands got refed for their lyrical genuis.

so again i feel killing time was bleach’s best. and it was their major label/usa debut cd. but since most could only relate to penis rock/ginad growl crap…hmm nirvavan this cd had no chance. and i lived the reviews of killing time that talked about how horrible/unoriginal this was. but hey did anyone expect nirvana or liz phair to original. *no* it’s only when you attempt something different to the trad rock fans posing as indie give you a hard time…

so yep i think killing time is orginal. what other layers as this guitar sound/or put the layers of sound down like this.hmm tell me cause i want it…..

i love the killing time cd. it’s maybe the cd that meant the most to me. a to paraphrase a lyric from the cd.

maybe i’m so ugly guitars/make me beautiful’

and i loved all the reviews of killing time that only liked the most accessible songs/or more obviously ‘catchy on the cd yep ’shotgun’ and ‘paint my face’

anyway agin i think killing time was their best the the two earlier eps were spotty to me. but may have couple of better stand out songs.

killing time may have had less of the stand out song thing going. but it had more songs that i loved.and i pretty much loved them all !!!

i wish a cd like killing time would have countred instead of getting laughed out town by the supposed alternative set.

if i cd like this had counted. i bet there’d a chanced i could have new music to listen to today. as it is i have almost nothing to listen to now. becuase how many bands are gonna sound like abnd/cd that didn;t count worth anything/or perceived as good. by not one segment of an indie sub set ???
