Monthly Mix: April 2008

So as some may have noticed, there haven’t been very many updates over the past few days. I apologize for that. I’ve been busier with work. The sad truth of the matter is that sleep outweighs updating when I get home at night. But anyway, enough excuses. I don’t expect the updates to be as infrequent over the next few days, so that’s good. I am kicking off this week with the already past due monthly mix for April. As always with the mixes, the artist names are linked to a place of purchase where applicable. So if there is anything that peaks your interest, then definitely pick up an album or two. Enjoy.

Yeah, I second the Sweet Tooth request. Got a corrupted rar file elsewhere.

Forgot about Duh.

Alrighty, I'll get that Sweet Tooth record on the blog sometime here soon since I don't think it's available for sale anywhere else. Didn't realize it would get any attention!

And yeah, the first Duh record is pretty solid, the second one, Unholy Handjob, I'm not too big on at all.

Thanks for posting the Liquor Bike track! We're actually getting together in September for a reunion show in Baltimore. We also made another record after "Neon Hoop Ride" called "The Beauty of Falling Apart" that never really saw the light of day. Let me know if you would like a copy.

Anyway, thanks for including us in your great mixes!

Cheers & Beers,
David K
