Monthly Mix: April 2009

Before I disappear for the weekend, I leave all of you with this months mix. Nothing really to say about it other than if you’ve enjoyed any of the past mixes then this shouldn’t change any of that. A few things here that have appeared on the blog in the past, including another track from Solar Coaster whose album goes greatly under appreciated. I think one of the members has set up a MySpace page for the band and posted demos from sessions that were meant for a second album. Very cool stuff which can be found here. Anyway, as always if any of the tracks on the mix grab your attention then by all means pick up the album from which it actually appears. All artist/band names are linked to a place of purchase wherever applicable. For now, enjoy the mix!

You should check out Kowloon Walled City from SF — I think you will dig. (No, I have no affiliation except as a fan.)
