Built on a Weak Spot

You like noise-rock and want something new to hear? Well here you go then, Twin Stumps has you covered. This is probably the most damaged and ugliest record I’ll hear all year and it only took until October. The band, who resides in or around Brooklyn, has just recently unleashed their debut LP on Dais Records and if you’re a fan of this sort of thing then you can’t possibly miss out on this record. I beg you not to in fact. It’s simply that good. Obviously it’s not for everyone, but if Brainbombs and Rusted Shut get your juices flowing then…well…this might just be up your alley. I am thinking it will be. It’s angry, hateful, and sickeningly loud just the way I like it.

There were only 300 of these suckers pressed so those looking to pick one up should probably get on it. Dais Records apparently still has some, along with Parts Unknown and Fusetron. Excellent material here.
